I. Before operation

First, check the size, thickness and type of the printed material, and then decide how to pass the UV.

(2) Before operation, first check if there are any foreign objects placed on each part of the machine. Only after confirming that everything is correct can you start the machine to avoid introducing foreign objects into it and causing damage to the machine.

Ii. Power on and off

When turning on the lights, they should be turned on in sequence, with an interval of about one minute between each light. Do not turn them on simultaneously.

(2) After turning off the lights, the fan should continue to run for a period of time until the lamp tube cools down.

(3) If you want to start the lamp again after turning it off, you must wait until the lamp tube has completely cooled down before starting. Otherwise, it won't start when the surface temperature of the lamp tube is very high.

(4) After turning on the lights, production cannot be started immediately. There should be a period of preheating time for the lamp tubes. In summer when the temperature is high, the preheating time should be short. When the temperature is low in winter, the preheating time should be longer, about 2 to 3 minutes. If the UV machine is equipped with a strong and weak light device, the lamp should be turned on in the strong light mode to shorten the preheating time of the lamp tube. If weak light is needed during production, it can be adjusted to the weak light mode after the preheating is completed.

Iii. Lamp Tube Maintenance

The service life of a UV lamp is generally 800 to 1,200 hours. Once it reaches its lifespan, it should be replaced.

(2) During the use of the UV lamp, clean the surface of the lamp tube and the reflector on the surface of the reflector with anhydrous ethanol and gauze at an appropriate time (1-2 months), and then rotate the UV lamp tube by 180โ„ƒ. The lampshade reflector needs to be replaced when it loses its mirror-like effect.

Iv. Speed Adjustment

(1) Speed selection method: First, pass the product through the UV curing device at a certain speed. If it is cured, increase the speed until the product passing through the curing device can no longer be completely cured. The speed at this point multiplied by 0.8 is the good speed.

(2) Additionally, attention should be paid to the usage time of the UV lamp. As the usage time of the UV lamp increases, its energy will decline and its speed will also slow down accordingly.

V. Transformer, Capacitor

(1) The input terminals of the transformer should be selected appropriately based on the on-site voltage.

(2) After the capacitor is used, if it needs to be repaired, it must be discharged to prevent injury from capacitor discharge.

Six. Ultraviolet rays can damage eyes and skin. When turning on the light, please do not look directly at the surface of the lamp tube with your eyes, and at the same time, do not let ultraviolet rays shine on your skin.

Seven. When adding oil, try to avoid contact between the oil and the skin cream. UV oil has a certain corrosive effect on skin cream. If contact is necessary, wear rubber gloves or other labor protection equipment for protection. In case of contact with skin cream, immediately wash it off with sufficient clean water; otherwise, the skin cream will rot.
